    Description

For your consideration, is this wonderful antique
    PENNSYLVANIA REDWARE DISH/BOWL
from a Berks County, PA estate sale.
It is approximately 6 1/4" wide and just over 1 1/2" deep.
The interior has a nice rich speckled manganese glaze. The
outer surface is not glazed. It is not signed. There are a couple
of rough spots, along with a small chip along the rim as shown in
pictures #9 and #10. There are more recent superficial scratches
as shown in picture # 11. I do not feel that any of these distract from this
piece. It would make a great addition to an early PA redware collection.
