Rickysounds "Wide and Close" BRASS nut for standard width fretboard Rickenbacker 12 string models. (Not 660/12).
These nuts have been designed to give extra width between bottom E and top E octave strings pushing the strings closer to the edges of the fretboard and also to bring the string pairs closer together. The black and white picture shows a modern 620/12 (left)  and a 360/12v64 fitted with the Rickysounds BRASS nut. The other pictures show the installation on a 360/12 v64 from my personal collection.
These nuts are laser cut from BRASS and are the same width as the current Rickenbacker 12 string nut .
IMPORTANT.
As with any replacement nut, correct fitting makes the difference between a poorly playing guitar and a great one, so some work may be necessary to ensure a perfect installation.
The slots are cut to match our Rickysounds 12 string compressed wound strings and are
42/26  34/20 26/13 20/10 13/13 10/10.
Every nut has the slots checked before dispatch.
What you will need to check is the clearance between the underside of the strings and the top of the frets. Adjustment will be either by shimming the nut or by sanding down the underside of the nut.
