Product Description
We offer you a hand crank corn sheller that can rapidly remove every kernel of corn ears, and hull walnuts.
It works on all sizes and shapes of corns, with spring tensioner for smooth, consistent feeding. The crank can be turned extremely easily,
the production rate is ten to fifteen bushels of shelled corn/hour (about ten seconds per corn ear). Spring tension on the hinged pressure
plate is easily adjustable with a thumb screw.
The sheller turns on sealed ball bearings for smooth operation and long life.
For high strength, premium ductile steel (not brittle grey cast) is used throughout, and it features a tough, handsome powdercoat finish. The
corn sheller's design automatically ejects empty cobs to the side, so they don't drop into your shelled grain. The sheller's 10" diameter
crank wheel includes a pulley groove to accept a v-belt for powered operation.
Please note
After a quantity of corn is shelled, the box and sheller can be lifted out, leaving your tote full of grain.
Attention
1. The handle should be cranked clockwise not anticlockwise .
2. By adjusting the screw with a spring to coincide with the size of the corn; for a big one, you should press the corn while turning the handle.
3. Corn cob had better be dewatered less than 5 % before taken off. The dryer the corn cob is, the easier the operation is .
4. The sheller could be fixed on the stool or wood with the fixed holes at the foot for better stablity and efficiency.
5. The machine is made of cast steel, and it will be more efficient for a period.
